The uncertainty of our horses fitness levels still leave us all guessing for the most part. We send out 19 runners on Saturday, with some having managed to gallop in-between the inclement conditions and will strip fitter than others,. But we not complaining, its just good to be back racing again!

Our best chance could come from KAI BOY and ROCCOPINA. Kai Boy is one of those with a breeze up under his belt and is his first run since his much needed gelding.

EMPIRE STATE and OCTOBER FEST are highly thought of and should both be contesting the finish, but second runs are always tricky to predict sometimes, especially under these conditions.

Our Value propositions,  and ones that could make the payouts lucrative,  are POETIC PRINCESS, WHAT A FORTUNE, KAMAKAZI, LOVE SHACK and ROUGEROUIN. CHARLIE CROKER must also be included in your plays as he doesn’t take too much work and ran on well last time.

While we tinker with the unpredictability of their fitness levels. A Weekend Place on our below charges,  or a R100 all to come as laid out here, may be a handy play between Fairview and Kenilworth for stable followers.
