RACE 1 Maiden Plate 1400m Scotland Yard (Oswald Noach)
No real form to date, but has come on at home with a break and steps up to a better trip, so we are looking for a much improved run from him.
RACE 2 Maiden Plate 1400m Blackbird (Sean Veale)
Up in trip, drawn well and has the blinkers fitted. For the first time. Money chance in this type of field.
RACE 6 Diana Stakes (Grade 3) 1400m Babelicious (Sean Veale)
She looks to have her work cut out under the race conditions but will turn up in good shape and should run well fresh, so we will be hoping for a top 4 finish.
RACE 7 Matchem Stakes (Grade 3) 1400m La Pulga (Sean Veale)
He is thriving at home and will really enjoy starting off fresh in a 7 furlong. It’s obviously a very competitive feature but he could well be the dark horse in this race. Include in all bets.
RACE 7 Matchem Stakes (Grade 3) 1400m Sugar Mountain (——) Scratched
RACE 8 Class 4 (F&M) 1250m Wyze Declaration (JP van der Merwe)
Third run back after a break. You can always expect an honest run from her so she must be respected here.
RACE 8 Class 4 (F&M) 1250m Sing Forevermore (Sifiso Bungane)
Her rider carries the same weight as her previous appearance where she was a bit unlucky not to have won. If he can negate her widest draw, she will be a big runner off bottom weight again. Good each way chance.
RACE 9 D Stakes 1000m Du Maurier (Sean Veale)
This filly looks to be turning the corner for the best and is in a great space at home. I think she is most effective over the 1000m so she must be one to watch out for this time.
